8 oz finely shredded cheddar cheese, room temperature
1/4 lb finely shredded parmesan, room temperature
1 c butter
3-1/4 c c flour
1 T salt
1 t cayenne
1 c milk
Preheat oven to 375. Grease 2-3 baking sheets.
Beat cheeses and butter until smooth and fluffy. Mix in flour, salt and cayenne. Batter will be very stiff. Add milk a little at a time, until dough is quite soft.
Place mixture into regular size cookie barrel and attach desired tip to make long, thin sticks. Discs will make biscuits.
Bake 10 minutes, until straws begin to brown at the edges. Cool on wire racks. Store in airtight container for a week.

2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t parsley
2 t hot sauce
Combine in food processor and blend until smooth. Use cookie press to garnish vegetable slices, tart shells, etc.

A dozen hard-boiled eggs
6 T Miracle Whip
1 T Dijon mustard
2 T white balsamic vinegar
1/8 t parsley
Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place in food processor, Combine remaining ingredients and add to yolks. Process until smooth.
Arrange whites on dish. Place yolk mixture in regular size cookie barrel and attach desired tip. Fill eggs with mixture. Garnish and chill until serving.

3/4 c flour
2/3 c milk
1 egg
1 T oil
1/4 t salt
4 medium yellow or white onions sliced 1/4 inch thick.
Preheat oil to 375. Combine flour, milk, egg, oil and salt. Beat until smooth. Separate onions into rings. using a fork, dip into batter, drain off excess. Fry a few at a time for 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain.

6 quarts popcorn
1 c butter
2 c brown sugar
3/4 c corn syrup
6 oz semisweet chocolate
1 t salt
1 t vanilla
Preheat oven to 200.
Combine butter, sugar and corn syrup in suacepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate, vanilla and salt. Let stand, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Pour over popcorn in a roasting pan, tossing to coat well. Bake 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into an even layer on parchment paper and let cool completely.

Pop 1 c popcorn.
Brown 3 T unsalted butter.
Drizzle over popcorn. Sprinkle with 3 T parmesan and ¼ t kosher salt.

2-1/4 c unbleached flour
1-1/4 c whole wheat flour
½ c fresh rosemary
1 t salt
1 c water
¼ c olive oil
Combine flours, rosemary and 1 t salt in food processor. In a glass measuring cup, stir together water and olive oil. With machine running, add water mixture in a steady stream, processing until dough forms a ball. Transfer to lightly floured surface, knead gently 10-12 times until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 500. Roll half the dough at a time to 1/8 inch thickness and cut shapes. Place pieces 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets. Brush with additional olive oil and sprinkle lightly with coarse salt.
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until brown and crisp. Transfer to a wire rack, let cool.

2 quarts popped popcorn(air-popped)
2 teaspoons ground chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons ground cumin
Butter-flavored cooking spray
In a small bowl, combine all seasonings together. Put popped popcorn in a large bowl and spray lightly with butter-flavored cooking spray. Add spices to popcorn and mix thoroughly until all kernels are coated.
