2 eggs
2 c ricotta
2 c shredded mozzarella
1/3 c grated parmesan
¼ c chopped parsley
1 t oregano
½ t basil
½ t garlic salt
¼ t pepper
24 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
Marinara sauce
Place eggs in bowl; beat on speed 4 for 30 seconds. Add cheese and spices. Mix for 30 seconds on speed 2. Fill each shell with 1/3 c of cheese mixture. Place filled shells in a 9x13x2 pan. Pour marinara sauce over top; bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
12 oz. pkg penne pasta
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts marinated in Italian dressing if desired
vegetable oil
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
2 TB olive oil
1/2 c butter
2 tsp minced garlic
4 TB flour
3 c half and half
3 c milk
3 c Kraft Italian Five Cheese Blend divided
Italian Seasoning, garnish
The night before, marinate the chickenin a bag of Italian dressing.
When ready to make dinner, cook pasta as directed. Drain and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, heat 1–2 TB of oil in a skillet on medium heat. Slice marinated chicken into thin pieces. In a bowl mix salt, pepper, thyme and poultry seasoning and rub it on all sides of chicken. Add chicken to hot oil and cook on both sides until done (about 15-20 minutes). Remove to a plate to let cool. Cut into bite size pieces
While chicken is cooling, preheat oven to 350 and start on sauce. In a separate large skillet, melt the butter; add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Using a wire whisk, mix in flour and stir until bubbly. Mix in half & half and milk, stir to combine. Bring to a boil and then reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Whisk in 1½ cup of cheese. Cook an additional 5 minutes until sauce starts to thicken. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, pasta, and sauce. Mix well. Spread into a buttered 9x13 baking pan and sprinkle with an additional 1½ cup of cheese.
Sprinkle with pepper and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

1/4 c Italian dressing
1/4 c soy sauce
1 lb boneless sirloin, cut into strips
garlic powder
2 c snap peas
1 yellow pepper
cilantro
12 oz spaghetti
Heat nonstick skillet. Add steak, dressing and garlic, cook 3 minutes or until steak is barely pink in the center. Transfer to plate, set aside. Add snap peas, pepper and dressing to skillet. Cook 3 minutes. Return steak to skillet, stir fry 2 minutes. Stir in cilantro. Serve over pasta.

1 lb dried linguine
2 T salt
½ bottle red wine
1-1/2 T olive oil
1/3 c grated romano
½ t pepper
1 t lemon zest
Boil water, add linguine and salt and boil for 7 minutes.
Bring wine to simmer in saucepan. Drain linguine and return to pot. Pour wine into pot with pasta and cook over medium heat tossing occasionally, until wine is almost completely absorbed, about 5 min.
Remove from heat, add oil, toss. Sprinkle with romano, pepper and zest.

1 24-oz pkg cheese ravioli
6 T unsalted butter
2 medium shallots
16 sage leaves
¼ t salt
1/5 t pepper
¾ c parmesan grated
Cook ravioli. Heat butter in large skillet over medium-low heat until it foams. Add shallots and cook, stirring, until golden, about 2 min.
Increase heat to medium, add sage and cook until leaves crisp, about 1-1/2 min. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper. Return drained ravioli to pot, add butter and sage and toss. Add ½ c parmesan and toss again. Serve and top with remaining parmesan.

1 lb dry linguine
1-1/2 t olive oil
1 lb shrimp, fixed.
¼ t pepper
Marinara sauce
Cook linguine according to directions. Heat oil in large skillet. Season shrimp with pepper and cook about 2 minutes. Turn and cook 2 more minutes. Add marinara and cook until heated through. Serve over pasta.

1 lb linguine
6 strips bacon
4 egg yolks
1 c parmesan, grated
½ t salt
¼ t pepper
½ c parsley
Cook pasta. Fry bacon. Save fat.
Whisk egg yolks, add 2 T bacon fat. Add drained pasta and parmesan to eggs and toss to combine.
Add salt, pepper, parsley and bacon. Serve immediately.

1 lb ziti
1 t olive oil
1 onion
¾ t salt
¼ t pepper
1 lb ground beef
garlic powder
½ c oregano
1 21-oz jar pasta sauce
½ c grated parmesan
1 15-oz container ricotta
1 c grated mozzarella
Cook ziti. Heat oven to 400.
In large pot over medium-low heat, heat oil, add onion, salt and peper. Cook until onion is gone, add beef, increase to medium high heat and cook through. Drain grease. Add garlic and oregano and cook 2 minutes. Add pasta sauce and heat 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add pasta and toss. Add parmesan, ricotta and toss. Spread into ramkins or 9x13 pan and top with mozzarella. Bake til cheese melts, about 15 minutes.
Hint: Try Italian sausage intesad of ground beef.

1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope spaghetti sauce
1-1/2 t. basil
1/2 t oregano
1/4 t salt
3 t parsley
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 -1/4 c. beer, wine, or water
1 lb. cottage cheese
4 c. cooked noodles
4 oz. mozzarella.
Brown meat, drain grease. Add sauces, spices, and liquid. Layer sauce, noodles and cottage cheese. Top with mozzarella. microwave on high til mozzarella is browned.
