2c flour
1 t salt
1/8 c sugar
2/3 c shortening or lard
5-7 T cold water
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening using a pastry cutter until pieces are pea-sized. Add water until dough holds together. Roll out in silicon pie round to 1/8”.
