½ c unsalted butter, softened
2-1/2 c powdered sugar
1-2 c cocoa
1/4 c cream
1-1/2 t vanilla
Cream butter. Combine powdered sugar and cocoa; add alternately with cream and vanilla to butter. Blend well. Chill until firm. Roll into 1-inch balls. Drop into powdered sugar or dipping chocolate; chill until firm.
