4 eggs
1 T water
3-1/2 c flour
Combine ingredients; mix on speed 2 with flat paddle for 30 seconds, dough hook for 2 minutes, then knead by hand for a minute. Let rest 15 minutes, then extrude through pasta maker.
To cook, boil 6 quarts water with 1 T salt and 1 T oil. Cook at a slow boil until done; stirring constantly. Drain and rinse in colander.
