Place 24 Hershey kisses in microwave bowl. Microwave on medium til melted (1 min; stir; 15 seconds; stir, then repeat in 15-second increments). Using a soft bristled brush, paint insides and bottoms of paper cups. Refrigerate 10 minutes, perform any necessary touch-ups. Then refrigerate at least 2 hours before use.
