Regular Chocolate:
3/4 c heavy cream
16 1-oz squares semisweet chocolate
Dippers (marshmallows, twinkies, chips, cookies, fruit)
Boil cream over medium heat. Remove from heat, add chocolate and stir until smooth. Keep warm in fondue pot.
Cinnamon Chocolate:
1-1/2 c cream
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c corn syrup
1-1/2 c chopped semisweet chocolate
1 18-oz jar hot fudge topping
1/2 t cinnamon
Combine cream, sugar, and corn syrup. Boil over medium heat. Remove from heat, add chocolate, topping and cinnamon. Stir until smooth. Spoon into fondue pot and keep warm on low.
