7-12 lb beef brisket. (Thin-cut cooks faster.)
1 bottle Heinz 57 chili sauce, plus water to rinse the bottle.
1 packet onion soup mix.
1 c Worcestershire sauce
Place brisket in center of foil packet. Pour liquid over and seal. Cook in 200 degree oven for 10 hours. (Overnight is best.) Watch to make sure it doesn't dry out. Remove from oven, cool, and refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be served hot or cold.
