1 lb skinless cod cut into 2-1/2 inch strips
2 t oilive oil
salt
1/2 c corn flakes
1 stick unsalted butter
1/4 c parmesan
Heat oven to 400.
Rub the cod with oil and season with 1/4 t salt. Dip top side of fish ( not skin-removal side) in corn flakes and place on parchment or foil-lined sheet. Bake until just cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Melt butter and stir in cheese and 1/4 t salt. Serve as dipping sauce.
