1 c flour
1-1/2 t baking powder
¼ t salt
1 c sugar
6 T cocoa
½ c milk
3 T vegetable oil
1 t vanilla
½ c mini morsels
1 c coffee
vanilla ice cream
Combine first 3 ingredients, 2/3 c sugar and 4 T cocoa. Stir together milk, oil and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and stir until just blended. Spread evenly into a lightly greased 8-inch pan.
Combine chocolate, 1/3 c sugar and 2 T cocoa. Sprinkle over batter. Boil coffee in saucepan and pour evenly over batter. Do not stir.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed in center. Serve with ice cream.
