1 recipe basic dough
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
3 oz bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled.
½ c sugar
2 egg yolks
3 T chocolate liqueur or milk
1 T milk
½ t vanilla
Whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 36 1-3/4 inch muffin cups. Shape dough into 36 balls and press into bottoms and up the sides of the prepared tins.
Beat cream cheese and chocolate with electric mixer until combined. Add in sugar, egg, liqueur, milk and vanilla. Spoon a rounded teaspoon of filling into each dough-lined cup.
Bake about 18 min Cool in pan for 10 min. Remove and cool 1 hour on wire rack. Cover and chill 2-24 hours. Top each tart with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
