Brown Sugar Buttermilk Pound Cake

1 c butter
1 c sugar
1 c dark brown sugar
3 eggs
1 c buttermilk
½ t soda
3 c flour
1/8 t salt
2 t vanilla

Beat butter at medium until creamy. Add sugars , then eggs. Stir together buttermilk and soda. Combine flour and salt and add to butter mixture alternately with buttermilk mixture. Stir in vanilla.

Spray disposable foil loaf pans 5-ish x 3-ish and pour 1 c batter into each pan. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes. Cool 10 min in pans, remove and cool completely.
